Paddleboarding is certainly accessible and fun to all, it is nevertheless physically demanding; 1 hour equals 2 hours of canoeing, especially if you heckle and fall easily into the water!
This 1 hour formula is therefore ideal for a first time in paddle.
For the truly experienced initiates, you can go on longer routes from Tursac (10km) or La Roque-Saint-Christophe (13km).

– 1 hour discovery package available in July and August when the Vézère is calm and warm; shuttle bus at 4 p.m., 4.30 p.m. and 5 p.m.
